Open-air talks to bring the sea closer to everyone

Triton Talks is a series of free talks, open to everyone, organised by Triton Diving Llafranc to share knowledge, experiences and our passion for the sea.

They are part of Regorgonia’t, our marine conservation project, created with the aim of bringing the underwater world closer to people in an accessible, informative and participatory way. We talk about biodiversity, conservation, sustainable fishing, climate change, citizen science, animal behaviour and many other topics related to the Mediterranean Sea and the Costa Brava.

Triton Talks remind us that protecting the sea starts with understanding it. That is why we invite experts, researchers, science communicators and professionals connected to the marine environment to help us look at our surroundings with greater awareness, respect and curiosity.

An activity within the Regorgonia’t project

Regorgonia’t is not only a gorgonian restoration project. It is also a way of understanding diving as a tool for conservation, learning and connection with the local environment.

Through Triton Talks, we aim to create a space where divers, local residents, families and sea lovers can discover what happens beneath the surface, the threats marine ecosystems are facing, and what we can do, individually and collectively, to help protect them.

Each talk is an opportunity to learn, share and take part in a more respectful way of experiencing the sea.
