1. THEORY: 6 modules on breathing, pressure, dive planning, equipment...
This part you prepare online, from home and in your own time. You complete the six modules with their corresponding knowledge reviews and once here in the centre we review all the doubts you may have and do a final multiple choice test. If you want you can start today!

We recommend you to download SSI APP. At this moment, please send us a copy of the payment and the student number provided by SSI, and we will activate your online diving course so you can start studying. Once your course is activated, it is essential to fill out the
diver code and
medical questionnaire documents. You can find them in your profile, specifically in the personal data section under documents.
Of course, we are in direct contact with you for any questions you may have.
2. CONFINED WATER2x practical sessions that consist of exercises & drills that prepare you for the open water sessions!
We will start from the beach and practice basic diving techniques, from mounting your equipment, mask drills to emergency exercises. During these dives we acquire the necessary skills to dive... Let´s go!
3. OPEN WATER4x dives. The learning continues ... and the real diving begins! During the 4 dives further out a feild at sea we will practice in a real situation everything we have learnt already in confined water.

REQUIREMENTS
You must be able to swim, answer a medical questionnaire of fitness for diving and be over 10 years old.
If you are between 10 and 15 years old, your qualification will be Junior Open Water Diver and you can only dive with a person of legal age who is OWD or older, and to a depth of 12 metres until you are 16 years old.
Important: People with asthma, epilepsy, lung diseases, heart diseases, perforated eardrums, diabetes or vascular diseases must present a specific diving medical certificate to be able to carry out the activity.
Pregnant women or people who have suffered from pneumothorax are not allowed to take part in the activity.
